How to Use VOB Cutter Step 1
Free download the software, VOB Cutter, and install it in your PC. There is a brief introduction in the middle of the interface.
Step 2
Add a VOB file and choose it, then the icons behind the add button
will become real image.
Step 3
Click 
and there pops out a clip interface.
Step 4
Play it and click 
to set the start time of the clip and click 
to set the end time of the clip. Or you can set the start and end time in the blanks as following.
There is still another way to set the time duration of the clip. Click the arrows in 
and an advanced profile settings will show up at the right of the interface.
Double click "Start Time" / "Duration" and change the data behind them.
Double click "Duration", you can imput data by the format like xx:xx:xx, or you can imput the duration seconds directly.
Step 5 After you have finished cutting the VOB video, you can click "OK", then click the icon 
. Wait a few seconds and you can obtain the video clip cut from VOB video.
